A: We support mainstream trade terms including FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW and DDP. Door-to-door delivery service is also available upon request.

A: The standard MOQ ranges from 500 to 1000 pieces depending on product specifications. Small trial orders are available at adjusted unit prices.

A: Yes. Digital proof fees may be deducted from the order payment subject to actual conditions. A separate sample fee is charged for physical samples.

A: We accept AI, PDF, PSD and CDR files with fonts embedded or converted to curves. JPG/PNG images must be no less than 300 DPI.

A: Production takes 7–15 working days after artwork confirmation. Sea freight to most destinations normally takes 25–40 days.

A: We implement strict quality control including pre-press file checking, color calibration, sample approval, and full inspection before shipment to guarantee consistent color and product quality.

Q7: How will quality issues be resolved?

A: If quality defects are verified, reprinting or replacement will be arranged based on actual conditions at the client’s expense. Appropriate compensation may also be provided according to the extent of damage.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required to start production, and the remaining 50% balance shall be paid before shipment.
